Heb jij een aapje op je website?

Je bent vast wel eens in een dierentuin geweest en langs de apen gelopen. De meeste apen zitten lekker relaxed op een steen of op een tak en vlooien een beetje met elkaar. Eigenlijk gebeurt er niets bijzonders....

Totdat er een aap op zijn borst slaat en aan komt slingeren met zo'n gillend geluidje. Ineens schrikken de apen wakker en komen ze in beweging. Bezoekers die staan te kijken, pakken hun telefoon om een foto of een filmpje te maken. Die ene aap trok de aandacht van het publiek en het publiek ging over tot actie!

Aapje op je website

Op een website werkt het niet anders. De meeste websites zijn super mooi gemaakt en gestyled met mooie kleurtjes. Maar anders dan dat het er mooi uitziet gebeurt er niet zoveel. Wil je nu dat je bezoekers overgaan tot actie, dan zal je moeten zorgen voor dat aapje op je website. Dat ene onderdeel wat eruit springt, wat afwijkt qua kleur en styling en wat de aandacht trekt van de bezoeker. Doe eens lekker gek! Heb je een mooie roze gestylde website, maak je aapje dan turquoise blauw of knalgroen. Hoe meer je afwijkt van de stijl van je website hoe groter de kans is dat het bezoekers tot actie aanzet.

Hotjar of Google Analytics

En wil je weten of jouw aapje zijn werk doet, zorg dan dat je hotjar.com of google analytics op je website geinstalleerd hebt. Hiermee kan je achterhalen of je bezoekers daadwerkelijk gebruik maken van jouw aapje.
